Congratulations to one of the cutest couples ever. Robyn and Ben. Crazy in Love.
Both Robyn and Ben started out their day at the The Riverside Hotel. The breakfast there is just devine. Seriously, you should try it. Fresh orange juice and granola that tastes home made. Robyn's hair was done by Kelly Rucker of Hair Design Medi Spa. Let me tell you, Robyn's hair stayed picture perfect the entire day till the end of the reception - no small feat in the Florida heat that came early this year.
Robyn put a lot of time and care into details to make it her own brand of special and meaningful. One of my favorite details is the bottom of Robyn's shoe. She taped a picture of her dad holding her - a way for him to walk her down the isle and be part of her big day.
The bridesmaids hung out all morning in the suite, getting their hair and make up done, drinking champagne and hanging out in the cutest mens button down shirts embroidered with their initials. One of my favorite moments is of the girls giggling away and just hanging out on the bed.
The groomsmen were all in the same fraternity in college Ben has bought them all lapel pins to wear at the ceremony. Robyn's Bouquet was created by J. Morgan Flowers and a sapphire broach that was once her grandmothers was pinned on.
Purses made for all the bridesmaids with a special note stitched inside from Robyn so that they can always remember the day. I love how she maintained the navy color scheme by choosing denim lining and lace detailing to keep it feminine.
Robyn's beautiful sapphire engagement ring perfectly fits in with the theme.
I just love the complementary contrast and coordination.
The reception was held at the Historic Maxwell Room and my favorite part of the room was the brick walls with arch's. Robyn and ben The gold plate chargers against the patterned navy on navy table covers stood out and the Thank You note on every place setting was such a sweet touch.
The cake was Dulce de Leche flavored in honor of the date - Cinco de Mayo!!! It tasted even better than it looked - and that is saying a lot. Created by Sugar Sweet Dreams Cake Company
Love their expressions during the first dance. You gotta love the stick on moustaches in the background.!!
